  • Payment Schedule: Monthly payments are due on the first day of each month.
  • Late Fees: A late fee will be applied if payment is not received within five (5) days of the due date.

2.1 Security Deposit

A security deposit is required at the time of rental to cover any potential damages or unpaid fees. This deposit is refundable upon termination of the agreement, provided there are no outstanding obligations.

3. Access to Storage Units

Customers are granted access to their storage units during specified hours to ensure security and proper maintenance of the facilities.

  • Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Access outside these hours requires prior arrangement.
  • Identification: Valid identification must be presented upon each visit.
  • Access Cards: Customers are provided with access cards. Lost or damaged cards must be reported immediately, and a replacement fee may apply.

3.1 Security Measures

Storage Catford employs various security measures to protect your belongings, including:

  • 24/7 Surveillance: CCTV cameras monitor all areas of the facility.
  • On-site Security Personnel: Trained staff are present during operating hours.

4. Prohibited Items

  • Insurance Recommendations: Customers are encouraged to obtain personal property insurance.

5.1 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their storage unit is properly secured and that items are stored safely to prevent damage or injury.

6. Termination of Agreement

  • Notice Period: A minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice is required to terminate the agreement.

6.1 Property Retrieval

Upon termination of the agreement, customers must remove all items from the storage unit. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or disposal of remaining items.

7. Maintenance and Repairs

Storage Catford is committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment. Customers are expected to keep their storage units in good condition.

  • Unit Maintenance: Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Unauthorized Alterations: Modifications to the storage unit structure or locks are prohibited.
  • Cleanliness: Units should be kept free from excessive dust, debris, and pests.

7.1 Facility Upgrades
